Join us! Host a sale to offload used household items, have a fun lemonade or coffee stand, sell homemade baked good or unique handmade jewelry/arts/crafts, or even to offer chair massages on your lawn. If you live on Mapleton Hill we'd love you to dream up your way to participate! You can also aways host a fundraiser connected your sale, which is a wonderful way to be a part of the event.
ALSO: Please share this form with your neighbors, especially people who are newer to the neighborhood! We want everyone in the 'hood to feel included.
There is an $9 registration fee per household which us organizers truly appreciate and is totally worth the cost. Your fee supports the widespread online advertising, public web hosting, plentiful yard signs and flyers throughout the neighborhood, and puts your sale on the official public map and public spreadsheet with the kinds of items that each home is offering so people know where to go for what they seek! Thousands of people attend every year so the work we do pays off. (All of the organizational work is volunteer - the payment helps cover hard costs.) There are two options for payment:

Drop off cash or a check made out to Lindsay Sworski, in the mailbox at 823 Maxwell Ave. (The house with the big raised bed veggie garden in front.)
The final date to register and make payment in order to get on the public map is five days before the event: Monday, August 18th, 2025. But please do register ASAP so we have a sense of how many homes are participating. Thank you in advance!
